Built Dec. 1941, Rebuilt May 1959. Withdrawn Oct. 1964. Bought privately from Barry scrap yard in March 1973. Now owned by the Mid Hants Railway Watercress Line.

Built 1951. Withdrawn 11/08/68. Owned by The National Rail Museum. Operated by The 5305 Locomotive Association. In 1953 there was a brief tour of duty for Western Region shedded Britannias on the Southern Region Waterloo to Exeter main line. This was to cover for Bulleid Merchant Navy Pacifics temporarily withdrawn from service for inspection following an incident at Crewkerne station where Merchant Navy 'Bibby Line' broke an axle.

44932 Built 1945. Withdrawn 1968. Privately owned by David Smith (not me) and operated by the West Coast Railway Company. Not a southern engine but, this LMS design was the basis of the BR Standard Class 5 that ran on Southern metal and were given names previously held by the King Arthur N15 class.

Built 1937. Withdrawn 1966. Owner unknown, believed to be privately owned. Never ran as a Southern scheduled service but 'Kingfisher' A4 ran as a steam special on the Waterloo-Exter mainline as far back as 1966.
